The Details
Saturday 1st Feb - Friday 28th Feb
Your Goal - bend and extend your way around the reformer to discover just how amazing your body can feel when it’s both flexible and strong. Each week there will be a signature Pilates move to practise and learn.
Your Aim - Complete all 16 classes in 28 days.
The Cost - $280 (upfront payment) or 2 x $140 (fortnightly payment plan)
Your Pack - 16 classes (for the discounted rate of $17.50 each)
The Prize - Besides feeling amazing, learning some bad ass moves and focusing on your health one lucky winner who completes their pack will win this TPS Prize pack valued at $588.50

How does the Challenge work?
The main aim of the challenge: to complete 16 classes in 28 days!. With consistent practise you are guaranteed to finish and see results with increase in strength & energy leaving you feeling healthier and happier. Each week there will be a signature Pilates move to practise and perfect, so you can be sure to improve in your Pilates practise.
Do I have to do certain classes?
No, we want you to enjoy your time at our studio and therefore want you to pick the classes that inspire you to move! In saying that though this challenge is also about discovering just how amazing your body can feel when its flexible and strong.
We strongly suggest picking a mix of different classes, so you set yourself a well-rounded fitness regime and reap the full benefits of what our studio has to offer.
Suggested weekly schedule:
Below is our suggested starting schedule based on your Pilates experience (Please note this is just a guide)
Beginner: 2 x Control, 1 x Jump, 1 x Stretch
Intermediate: 1x Burn, 1x Jump, 1x Stretch, 1x Control or Assets
Advanced: 2x Burn, 1x Jump, 1x Control or Stretch (Or substitute control for Assets)
END GOAL - By the end of the challenge your goal would be to move up a level and have tried some more advanced classes (Hint- this is how we get stronger)
I’ve never done Pilates before, can I still join the challenge?
Absolutely! This challenge is for absolutely everyone. We cater to complete beginners to seasoned Pilates gurus.
We promise this challenge will leave you feeling energetic, motivated and with confidence you can take on and off the reformer.
