  • Log in to your The Pilates Space Momence account via our website or our personal TPS App. Be sure to select which studio you want to book in. Hint- select the calendar reminder to ensure you arrive at the right studio on the day.

  • No. Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels regardless of your ability and previous experience. For your first class please make sure you start with “CONTROL” our all fitness levels class.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so we can demonstrate  how to use the reformer bed. If you are late and you miss this demonstration you will be refused entry into the class and forfeit your session.

  • Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely and you can work a sweat up in (tights/leggings etc). Grip socks are mandatory and must be worn in all classes. You can purchase these for $18- $20 in the studio.

    For your convenience, we provide fresh towels and filtered water. Please bring your own water bottle to minimise our environmental footprint. 

  • Yes. It is mandatory that everyone must start with our Intro Class “Pilates Control”. Unlike other exercises that focus purely on Global muscles, Pilates has a deep focus on small stabilizing muscle groups. You will be surprised at how challenging it is and may need to build on your strength before progressing.

  • Yes. We require all our clients to be a 16 years and older.

    Clients over the age of 65 are strongly recommended to join our over 55s class.

  • You sure can. We want to empower you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy. We allow Pre Natal clients up to 32 weeks in our Pilates Control and  Stretch and Release Classes. We do ask that you be cleared by your GP before commencing exercise with us.

  • Babies and children are only allowed in our specific Mums and Bubs classes. Please note there is no child care service at the studio.

Bookings and Cancellations

  • Yes. It is important to pre-book your classes as we are a small studio of 10 beds so classes can book out. Don’t stress if your favourite class is booked out, add yourself to the waitlist as class numbers change throughout the day/week. You will receive and email to confirm your booking if you are added into the class.

  • We have a strict 9 hour cancelation Policy for both group Reformer and Private 1:1 sessions. If you cancel or “no show” to your class within the 9-hour window frame your class pass will be deducted from your account. We ask kindly that if you can no longer attend that you cancel your class on the app or website so somebody else may take your place.

  • If someone cancels out of the class and is outside of 9 hours the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to class. You will receive a text or email notification (Depending on what option you have selected). Inside of 9 hours the waitlist system is no longer active.

  • If you are on a waitlist and receive confirmation that you have been added the class the normal 9 hour cancelation policy applies. Please note you can only be automatically into the class if there is more then 9 hours to class starts, so you have time to cancel. suggest making you have both messages/emails notifications turned on.

  • It’s important to note If you DO NOT reply Yes or No you are still added in to the class. If you respond No and its under 9 hours you are still charged for the session as its considered a “Late Cancellation”.

  • No. Classes need a minimum of three clients to run otherwise they will be cancelled. Classes will be cancelled 2 hours before they start if there are less than three people booked in.

  • All class start with a mandatory warm up. This is take make sure your body is ready for exercise and you have the range of motion and don’t cause an injury. If you miss the warm you will be refused entry into the class by the trainer. Warm up takes 5/10 minutes.

  • Yes you can. You will have access to over 90 classes across both out studios.
