Our Classes

Our classes are fun, inclusive, results driven & fuelled by music.

Our 50 minutes classes get serious results. You can expect to work through the Pilates Repertoire (Traditional with some modern and dynamic twists) with an added cardio flare.

Reformer Control

Hint: start with me. (all Levels Welcomed!)

Control is a full-body class for everyone. This open-level class is a great place to perfect fundamental movement patterns. (Perfect for beginners)

Don’t be fooled though, this full-body class will still get the endorphins pumping as we move you through a flow of exercises and add progressions or modifications to suit your level of fitness.

Suitable for:
• All level Beginners
• Pre Natal Clients welcome up until 34 weeks

Reformer Burn

For those who like a challenge (intermediate/advance)

Expect a full body flow involving a more advanced repertoire and props to test and challenge your strength, balance and co-ordination. This class keeps the intensity high, so prepare to work up a sweat and test your endurance.  We suggest adding a minimum of 1 x of these to your weekly schedule once you understand the basics of control.

Suitable for:
• Intermediate/advanced clients. We suggest 5-10 control classes prior to joining Burn.

Not suitable for:
• Pre Natal clients over 16 week

• Clients with Injuries
• Clients over 60

Reformer Jump

For the cardio enthusiasts (all levels)

The dynamic class will have you burning energy long after you have left the studio using a mix of cardio and strength-based exercises

Featuring the “Pilates Jump Board” a prop that is low impact, you can expect to get your heart rate high whilst building fast twitch muscle fibres, build strength and endurance whilst working your core with every jump.

Expect an upbeat playlist and to work up a sweat.

Suitable for:
• All levels
• Pre natal clients up until 16 weeks

Pilates Assets

Abs & Ass (INTERMEDIATE)

For those who like it peachy. We focus predominantly on the lower body, and teach you how to engage your core, building strength and endurance in both areas.

You can expect a variety or props to target the abs, glutes including booty bands, bala bangles, Pilates small ball and ring (of and of course the reformer)

This class also will test your balance and stabilisers delivering that slow Pilates burn we all love!

The best part- this class is to an all RNB playlist

Suitable for:
• Intermediate Clients
• Pre natal clients up until 16 weeks

Pilates Stretch & Release

For slow moves & deep stretches (all levels)

Release muscle tension and every day stretches in this restorative class using a mixture of static and dynamic stretches on the reformer bed. This class is designed to calm the mind and body whilst increasing flexibility and range of motion.

A must to add into any fitness program.

Suitable for:
• All levels
• Pre natal clients welcome up to 34 weeks

Reformer Over 55’s

A class designed specifically for clients over the age of 55.

This full body class works evenly on both length and strength, whilst testing your balance and endurance. All moves incorporated are friendlier on the knees and wrists.

Important to note- This is still a group fitness Pilates class- not clinical Pilates. If you have a specific injury we suggest reaching out prior to booking in.
