We offer a range of different classes to suit every mood, style and fitness level. All classes are designed to work the whole body, energise the muscles creating long lean muscle mass. 50 minutes is all it takes to feel strong, body confident and fit.

Pilates Control

Our open level class suitable for everyone- we vary the level of intensity to challenge you! Designed with a focus on fine tuning technique and control this is great place to perfect movement patterns. Don’t be fooled though, this class will still get the endorphins pumping as we move you through a flow of exercises and add progressions/ modifications to suit your level of fitness.  This class tonnes and build muscle strength, ending with a 5 minute stretch flow so you leave feeling worked but energised.

Fitness Level- Recommended for Beginners. Pre Natal-Clients welcome up to 15 weeks.

Pilates Burn

Flow, sweat, burn! This full body workout will take you through a flow of challenging movement patterns. Building on what your learnt in control and bringing in a dynamic edge, this class will have you moving in multi planes of movement. Prepare to get sweaty!

Fitness Level- Intermediate. Prior Pilates experience is necessary. Not Suitable for injured or pregnant clients.

Pilates Jump

Our signature ass and abs workout! This class is designed featuring the jump board and helps build fast twitch fibre, burn fat and builds muscle. Designed for the cardio enthusiast this workout will have you burning energy long after you have left the studio.  Don’t be scared though- we don’t jump the whole class

Fitness Level- This class requires a reasonable level of fitness. Not suitable for beginners, pregnant or injured clients.

Pilates Release

Sometimes it’s nice to go slow! Come try our signature stretch class. This Class will move you through a series of dynamic and static stretches designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. Finishing and starting with some gentle movement and breathe work to release muscle tension and calm the mind and body.

A must to add into any fitness program. 

Fitness Level- Suitable for all levels of fitness. Pre natal clients welcome up to 15 weeks.

Even Flow

Equal parts length and strength, this class will have you walking out of the studio on a cloud. This full body workout will move you through slow controlled exercises targeting specific muscle groups followed by a stretch flow to lengthen and even the body out. The Class strips it back to basics allowing you to perfect fundamental movement patterns and work at a slower place. No crazy props or sequences, just some beautiful flowing movements to make you feel good!

Fitness Level- Recommended for beginners, clients with Injuries, senior’s or anyone that wants to feel amazing! Pre Natal Clients welcome till 15 weeks

Pre Natal Pilates 4 week Course

Join us over 4 weeks in our Pre Natal Classes, the perfect place to socialise with other mums to be an work out in a friendly, safe environment. Using the reformer bed this class will leave you energised, relaxed and feeling stronger on your journey to birth. Its the perfect way to keep moving with your precious little bump. 

Fitness Level- recommended for Pre Natal clients in their second and third trimester.

Next 4 weeks- Begins on the 10th of October. Time- Thursday 5pm.
