Bookings and Cancellations

Our Pilates studio is intimate and we keep our classes small so we get a chance to focus on you individually in a fun social environment. Booking are highly recommended as classes do book out. Pregnancy – Pre-and Post-natal

We love pregnant clients at The Pilates Space and want you to feel welcome at our studio. Pregnancy is such a special time in your life and we have created a Pre-and Post Natal class “Pilates Bump” so you can be reassured that you can safety exercise throughout your pregnancy.
